The days continue along and the dazzling duo are finishing up their days in Mumbai before heading to Darjeeling. The last word I got from Nat read:

We’re up bright and early today (it’s about 6:37am) to make our way over to the airport and take our first domestic flight to Darjeeling. We’re flying Kingfisher (yes, same owner as the domestic beer brand; the owner reminds me a lot of Richard Branson, even as far as his looks) and have a stopover in New Delhi before getting to Bagdogra and then chartering a shared jeep through the hills to Darjeeling.

Of course, this was after all her friends got a copy of Day 3 in Mumbai.

Getting outfitted by the Sultan’s tailor, going on the overcrowded train, eating Brain Marsala and confronting dueling images of Hrithik Roshan  and the poor cooking on a street corner. Thinking it all began with a bite of a spicy omelette, a sip of chai and a sweaty upper lip, who knew the day would be another urban adventure?
